The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. TV, Wi-Fi, Google Chromecast and DVDs are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, blender, microwave and dishwasher. The daylight bathroom features a walk-in shower. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
