Vacation rentals with a pool in Illinois River

Kendra place was really nice and I felt right at home

My husband and I took my 9 yr-old niece and 12 yr-old daughter on a little lakehouse vacation. We enjoyed our stay...and the girls loved the heated pool (the lake water was still very cold at the end of May). On a cool and cloudy afternoon, we enjoyed a couple hours at the Arena Trampoline Park, an inside activity-area with trampolines, obstacle courses, slides, climbing wall, and bouncy soccer and basketball courts. We also loved our pickleball time 2 days in a row....and the area parks and restaurants. The girls swam until dark most evenings...and then especially enjoyed sharing a room that included a library of children's movies to watch on an old VHS player....they were mystified at the process. Lol! My husband and I loved the sun room, our favorite part of the lakehouse...sipping coffee, quiet conversation, perfect view to keep an eye on the girls as they swam and such peaceful outdoor scenery with the trees and lake. So many memories!

HOSTS WERE GREAT AND ON TOP OF THERE GAME ANYTHING YOU NEEDED WAS THOUGHT OF AND THERE FOR ALL KIDS AND ADULTS MISSING A TOOTH BRUSH IT WAS THERE SNACKS LAYED OUT FOR GUESTS TRULY GREAT PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AT THERE PLACE MUCH APPRECIATED, WAS A GREAT TIME BEING THERE WE WILL BE BACK

I booked the house for 6 adults and we were very satisfied with our stay. The house was nice and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen/living room were fantastic and offered a great place for us all to hang out. The house and surroundings were relaxing and we enjoyed the hot tub and the fishing dock. We saw a lot of wildlife and enjoyed a nice walks around the lake. Olena was nice and responsive and we'd rent from her again.

Had a wonderful trip out to Sean’s place. The kids loved it and we would rent ago.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet, pet friendly neighborhood with lovely views of the river. Everything we needed was provided and we liked the layout of the house. Regarding sleeping accommodations, there are beds for 6 people (2 queens with twin bunks above each) and additional sleeping options are provided via a pull-out sofa and 2 futons.

This Airbnb is a dream. From the beautiful property to the beautiful home, we loved every minute of our time. Everything was very clean, organized and easy to find. They even went above and beyond to return items that we had forgotten in the house. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private retreat or good quality family time.

David’s place was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Many conveniences to help make the stay easy. Would definitely stay again to visit family in area or if coming to Galesburg or surrounding areas for an event. Good communication too. Thank you David!

What a great place to base our fun filled area activities! This condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. We love the rooftop terrace and the bedrooms were super comfortable. if you're staying in the Ottawa area, you must stay here and visit all the wonderful places that surround it. We would love to come back again!

The best AirBnB we have stayed in while visiting family in champaign . Definitely will stay here again if it's available next time we come up.

Excellent place, Very fresh and so clean! Spacious and comfortable. The patio with pond view provides for a relaxing view. Everything we needed was already there. Host responds very quickly and we Thank the host for everything. Highly recommend.

A rating on everything. Landscaping needed updating and carpet stains up the staircase to our rental. Very responsive to needs!!

Had a great stay in this lovely home! Just as described in the listing. Now knowing the location and proximity to the marina, restaurant, beach, may have chosen a different location in the community, but overall enjoyed the house and amenities the community had to offer. We did rent a golf cart last minute, and unfortunately had issues with the battery dying and had to push it back to the unit. Some friendly people in the area saw our trouble and came to help. The office was very responsive with our issue and offered other solutions which we were very happy with. The only suggestion we would have would be more chairs available to sit outside. Given the number of people the house could accommodate, outside seating was very limited. The only negative we encountered were ants in the kitchen (something sticky in the cabinet that they were after) and an area in front hallway near the main floor bathroom. Would definitely consider a repeat visit for a family gathering at some po
