Fab, five bedroom Georgian house with fine sea views from most of the rooms. It's on a quiet road on the North Devon coast, ideally placed for those who enjoy the outdoors, with coastal walking on the doorstep and wonderful beaches all within easy reach (Woolacombe being the nearest surfing beach.) Perfect for those who enjoy comfort, lots of bathrooms (huge hot water cylinder), very comfortable beds and bedding. Large dining room table, perfect for family meals or large groups of friends.

Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

My place is close to Hele's sandy and pebble beach with great views over the Hele/Berrynarbor hills and on a bus route to Ilfracombe and Combe Martin. You’ll love my place because of the accessibility to excellent coastal walks on the SW Coastal Path. Pub within 4 mins walk, take away Hele’s kitchen serving good food and our Hele Cornmill, the 'Best Tearoom in Devon' (2013/2014/2015/2017 Devon Life Magazine). My place is good for couples and families with lots to discover in North Devon.

Within walking distance there is a wide range of restaurants and dining, free beaches and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space with views , the neighbourhood, the light, the comfy beds and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We are an equal opportunities supplier.
