Family-friendly vacation rentals in Île-de-France

A very cozy cottage with a charming garden. A nice base to reach Paris by public transportation. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, well located, just a short walk from the train station with lots of small shops nearby. The property is really as shown in the photos. The spa is beautiful as well as the cinema. Great little time spent at Mike's, I would recommend it. The treadmill is really a plus too. The least positive point I found is that there is no direct access to the outside (for smokers you have to leave the accommodation).

We enjoyed the nice house that was equipped with all comforts with our family. It is truly a family home. The huge plus is the beautiful large garden and the beautiful view of the Seine! We used the canoes and sub boards. The train station is within walking distance and very cheap to travel to Paris. Thank you for your hospitality and we would love to come back again Esther!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought of as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small area with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back. 🙂

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

Although our stay was brief, we were won over by this rental. The house is comfortable and perfectly maintained, and the garden, of great beauty and very intimate!

We had a lovely stay at the house. Perfect for families. It’s quiet and remote. If you have a car there is plenty to do that’s close by. The house is beautifully restored and had so many amazing spots to hang out or chill. Several fireplaces, indoor and outdoor dining spots, very comfortable. Would recommend!

We stayed 5 days and were very comfortable. The only drawback is that to get to the bathroom you have to go through the bedroom. Otherwise, everything is great. It's less than 5 minutes from the subway. The street has many lively restaurants, about 10 minutes away on foot.

Great location (so close to the Metro, shops, parks etc), clean and spacious for an apartment of this style. It was on a main street but with the double glaze windows and blockout blinds this wasn’t an issue at night really. Would stay again!

If you want to recharge in the countryside, Serge and Sabrina's accommodation is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. The accommodation has everything you need for a good stay.

The perfect summer accommodation! The apartment is small, but very tastefully decorated and can especially top it off with a fantastic garden including a pool. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is wonderfully quiet and green, but you can be in the center of the village in four minutes by car, where there is everything you could hope for in French delicacies. Severine is an extraordinarily warm, dedicated and helpful host who manages to make you feel really welcome. In case of problems or questions, she was immediately available with advice and action, without making you feel like a burden. Thank you! We were very happy to be there and would be happy to come back!

We had a great time thanks to Adèle. The house is perfect for hosting several families with children. Everything is well thought out and the large garden with the volleyball court is a real plus! Thanks again to Alain for hosting us and for his flexibility.

Luxury home, fully equipped. Quiet and relaxing place. Absolutely pleasant setting with a very well arranged house whether indoors or outdoors. Fabrice is a host who is easy to communicate with and adapts to our requests. I recommend 100%

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!
