Vacation rentals with beach access in Île-de-France

Had a great week at Franck's place. Close to Metro to get around everywhere we needed to. Pastry shop and grocery store within 2 min walk. Went to pastry shop every day. Thanks for letting us use your place.

Lila's apt is as she describes it -- very comfortable & large & convenient. At first, you have no idea how many good restaurants there are nearby, but once you walk to the lovely canal, and even on Lila's side of the canal (right below your living room window), you'll find that there are LOTS of great restaurants, all very reasonably priced. And Lila could not have been a more welcoming or pleasant host. A GREAT stay!

This was a great find. We had booked somewhere in the Marais but they cancelled us at fairly short notice so we decided to look further away from the centre - and we were very glad we did. The apartment is very convenient, just next to the Metro (only 3 stops from Gare du Nord) on a nice little square just back from the main road. Easy walk to Parc des Buttes-Chaumont (great for picnics) and to the Canal de l'Ourcq which has plenty of non-touristy bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, a good size and well-equipped. Just as described (including the bike!). It really was like staying in a proper home, not a rental. Fabrice gave helpful info beforehand and was very friendly and responsive. We really liked this place and would happily return.

Mr. Didier is a very friendly, very responsive person. They provide clear and accurate information. He is very conscientious about check-in times. The accommodation is clean, the bed super comfortable. A balcony is available for smokers. Everything was perfect. Don't hesitate☺️

The place is just amazing and idyllic! Too bad we can't give it 10 stars! The perfect welcome, the host proactive, available and attentive! We had a dream weekend and struggled to leave the place!!! We will do everything to return someday!!!

We had a lovely stay at Fabrice's place. The house has a modern kitchen with everything you could need. Bathroom and bedrooms excellent. The house and garden is situated on the river Loigne and is very private. The surrounding nature is beuautiful . The garden is enormous. There is a canoe and a kayak you use. It is difficult to describe how nice the house and surrounding is, we will certainly be back !

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

very nice environment - beware of the many irregular stairs on arrival on the road side. If you have a person like us who is having trouble traveling, plan to drop it off on the Seine side.

Nice accommodation next to the large house. The area is quiet and the family's dog often came to visit. We recommend the accommodation for families with children.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We love the Fontainebleau area and all the wonderful activities it has to keep everyone engaged, from forest walks, climbing, swimming to restaurants, museums and, of course, Paris a convenient train ride away. Stephane's place is brilliant; at once spacious and cosy, it is fully equipped, both inside and outside, with a gorgeous and expansive garden. It's got great connectivity to everything, but is very peaceful once you go through the gates. The local supermarket and boulangerie and excellent, but it's a short car ride to the nearby hypermarché and a huge choice of other bakeries. As host, Stephane is amazing. Always responsive and ready to help, we felt very welcome and in safe hands. Top notch all around.

Awesome stay 👌 Before arriving, Arnaud is already an available host, he responds quickly, clearly and precisely to requests and questions via Airbnb. Once there, the welcome is warm, simple and cordial, really pleasant! And finally, the accommodation is crazy 🤩 The house is gigantic, very atypical, all the rooms are beautiful sizes! It's a house that lives, full of books, CDs, mismatched things that give it a lot of charm, we love it! The kitchen was full of everything you never know if there will be or not. 😅 So condiments (salt, pepper, oils etc.), coffee filters and so on. It's frankly practical, and humanly very pleasant. Of course, the Jacuzzi/Hammam room is as amazing as it looks in the photos. All the elements are of very high quality, if not luxurious! If I had more space to comment, I would continue, but I'm done, thank you very much

Very nice well decorated accommodation than the one offered by Isabelle and her husband. Visiting the area for a wedding, our arrival time was approximate but Isabelle did not hold it. Thank you for the recommendations nearby.

Everything was good! I liked that there were as many sets of towels as there were people going. The sheets were clean and the bathroom smelled great. I would recommend it

Our hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation is lovely. Close to shops and a nice park located nearby. In case of problems or questions, the owners are immediately available to solve them. Very good stay, we will gladly go back. We highly recommend this rental!

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Isabelle is a very pleasant and responsive host! Very nice, small, comfortable accommodation. Complimentary breakfast, it's much appreciated. i highly recommend it!
