Spacious, very well-equipped, exceptionally comfortable and clean property, conveniently located for accessing and exploring Cherpunkal, Pala and surrounding areas. The house is just a few metres from the busy Pala-Ettumanoor road, yet it's tucked away in a quiet place, and is quite peaceful. There are several good eateries and supermarkets within walking distance -- there's even a shopping arcade nearby. The house looks better than in the photos -- all bedrooms have en-suite facilities and each floor has it's own large living and dining areas. Plus, there's ample car parking space. Mr. Saju and Melvin are wonderful hosts, who receive you personally when you arrive, and are always ready to help. Me and my family had a wonderful week-long stay here, and the next time we are in the area, we'll certainly look to return!!

The place was absolutely amazing and homely. Mr. Balu has gone to great lengths to ensure the guests feel at home. The house was spotless and spacious, Mr. Balu was very proactive in providing all necessary instructions and ensuring our stay was very pleasant. Anathu's place was quiet and peaceful with beutiful surroundings. the bathrooms and rooms were clean and they had tea and coffee available on request which was a plus point. The property is well within the range from restaurants and eateries making it an easy spot to stay and roam around to different places.

Lissy and her partner were very friendly. The place was clean and tidy. A little oasis in the city. They also were very attentive with my sick boy and bought him medicine and made him some magic rice water which made him feel so much better. Thankyou

This is the place you have stay if you want luxury within budget. We had a splendid two nights stay with beautiful scenery to wake up to. The property is situated in a peaceful place and within the reach to happening places in Kodai. The host was very responsive and friendly. Last but not the least, the food provided by the care taker was home prepared and was very delicious. I would book this property again if I am visiting Kodai again ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Beena's place! Everything was great – the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Annah was a fantastic host clear with all the instructions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was wonderful, i truly enjoyed it and would love to visit again, even just for the stunning view from the balcony. Arun's, place was a Cute 1BRK on the 3rd floor, was very clean and complete for a family stay. Arun was very proactive and helpful. We completely enjoyed the stay and it was real value for the money paid. Look forward to staying in again when in Cochin.

It is a beautiful flat and very spacious, and all the aminites were present in it. They also have very beautiful balcony garden. And the toilet were also very clean. Atlast ! It's an great deal

Quiet neighbourhood and not too far from prime area. The host was very accommodating and there were regular check-ins to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Extremely friendly host and quite flexible. The place was so well kept and all essentials required were in very good condition. We stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Since there is a generator at the place power supply was not interrupted at all. Overall, the place was neat, well maintained and utilities were all in great working condition. Wi-Fi absolutely great too. Super place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It’s nice and secluded but very well serviced by Uber etc. The apartment was nice and spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. 1 of the bathrooms had a shower with hot water after but he water us never really cold in the other bathrooms and with the Kerala heat you wouldn’t miss it 😉 For Western travelers; keep in mind that the kitchen is not equipped as you would expect at home so not a lot of cutlery etc. It is ofc. self catering but there are no kitchen towels etc. No problem, easy available at the hypermarkten but keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)
