There is a panoramic view of the valley below, with the plains visible for about 200 km, on clear days. Our caretaker couple will attend to all your needs, including preparation of meals.

Levinge -An Offroad Homestead with Mountain View

Levinge Homestead is located at 3kms from Mother Teresa Women's University in Kodaikanal. It's in a gated community and part of a calm neighborhood. The view from the cottage is spectacular with Mountain ranges and vegetable farms. The cottage is directly connected to the bus route where the government buses ply six times a day. There are two spacious bedrooms with attached toilets, spacious living room and kitchen. We have Cloud Kitchen, FSSAI registered, a healthy food option for our guests.

Johny Moose Backwater Farm is located on the banks of the meenachil river within the limits of Aymanam village made famous by Arundhati Roy's Booker Prize winning novel 'The God of Small Things'. The 12 acre property is owned by Mr Johny Moose and family and has been the family home for more than 100 years. All the guests are cared for by the family, with authentic Kerala food (breakfast) coming from our home kitchen. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to do a lot of "nothing". Just be!

The place is located a mere 3 km from the old pambanar bridge on NH 183. Towering some 3730 feet above sea level, the place is a harmonious blend of nature surrounded by tea and cardamom plantation. Far from traffic the area is very quiet except occasional songs of birds and cries of forest fowls. If you are lucky you may and spot some barking deer as well. This is an ideal location for those who want to come for retreat/ meditation /as honeymoon trip / to rejuvenate your mind.
