Good clean place! well located and easy to go around in Cochin. The host was super responsive too and gave the instructions very clear and well in advance!

We absolutely loved the space as it was just enough for the two of us and our dog. The place was easy to find and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end with the hosts being accessible at all times, checking in to see if we needed any help. The security at the property was also very helpful and hands on with aiding us in any way needed. Would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kochi!

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

The caretakers were very good, helpful, and responsive. The images are from the actual place only, but maybe taken a few years earlier coz images show only tea garden around the place. However, in reality, there are other cottages around with tea plantations in between the buildings. Overall, the stay was perfect for my family.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan was a lovely host. He was very clear with instructions, proactive with recommendations and his property was everything the post said. The location was ideal for us who needed a place close to the airport for an early flight. Food options through apps were aplenty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at this private hillside property, located a bit away from Kodaikanal. It’s a single, standalone home—so no one else around to disturb you. The space includes two well-kept bedrooms, plus a third bed setup upstairs that effectively makes it a 3-bedroom home. The balcony offers a lovely view of the hills and locality, and the house is equipped with a smart TV, kitchen amenities, and a cozy campfire setup for the evenings. The caretaker was responsible and helpful, and the host was extremely responsive throughout. A perfect spot for a peaceful, private, and comfortable getaway.

Had an amazing stay at Jacob’s Inn for 2 weeks. Anisha was a very friendly and helpful host and provided clear instructions on what to do regarding check-in and other amenities. The place has towels and kitchen amenities which was very useful. All bedrooms had a good space and looked exactly like the pictures. All rooms have A/C and fans too which is a perfect bonus. Will gladly come stay here again. 10/10 would recommend if you are on holiday here with family for a week or so as it is close to the metro station, easily accessible and has many restaurants/services around it.

Peaceful stay.. perfect way for me to welcome 2025! Its a beautiful 2 bedroom space with a coomon room n spacious verandah towards the backside of the home. There is also backwaters behind the house which makes for perfect early mornings n evenings. The best time i spent was early mornings by the backwaters - could see flock of ducks pass by, locals taking boats going to their destinations, and the beautiful sunrise hitting the waters - just gorgeous! Jeffin was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast provided was yummy Kerala style. Thank you for all the help during the stay. If you are looking for a serene place with calming vibes and gorgeous tropical climate then please book a stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Neil’s property. The home is beautifully nestled in nature, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat—perfect for unwinding. Neil and his family were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They also shared a few great suggestions on nearby places to explore, which added to our experience. We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. We stayed as a family of 7 and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Although an extra bed wasn’t readily available, they kindly arranged one for us. The stay was even better than we expected. Overall, 5/5 – highly recommend to everyone!

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.
