Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The way to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach can also be reached. However, the way back in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

My family and I had a lovely week. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. The communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. Overall, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

I rented Malini's place with my best friend for a week. We were super happy and the apartment looked great. It's really worth stopping by. If you have a problem, then help is provided immediately and the whole family is very helpful and accommodating. We were also able to get to know Malini's husband's small restaurant, which is exclusively for vegetarians and vegans. Super delicious! I think we will come back :)

We stayed almost 2 weeks with Josip and Ivana with our familiy of 4 (2 little children) and it was perfect. The apartment is pretty new, very clean and very good standard and has everything what we needed. In addition, Josip and Ivana were great hosts, gave tips, frehs fruit from the garden and were very kind. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and are happy to come back. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Hello Renato, Mira and Martina, Your villa is really a rare find. Interior and exterior are lovingly equipped with many details. We lacked nothing. We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. Very nice cottage with terrace and sea views. Very spacious for two people. The sea is only 10 minutes' walk away, although the path is a bit steep because it is on a slope, but you also have a great view! The hot tub was of course the highlight. Parking is possible right next to the house, which is also very convenient. Large supermarket is also within walking distance of about 10. The house is between Lovran and Opatija, so the location is very quiet, but everything you need is nearby. You can walk along the promenade in both directions, which is really super nice. We will be happy to come back!

Helena welcomed us in a very friendly way. The arrangement when we arrive worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. You simply had everything there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, tabs for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and asked the next day after a small storm if we were okay and if someone should come to clean. Pool was also cleaned once in between. With a dog also great there, because properly fenced, walking the dog is also no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

Ines' accommodation is a bit hard to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private place to stay where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and stays pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

Superb and quiet place a short distance from beaches, restaurants and other amenities. Deni's apartment was super complete and in addition we could make full use of the outdoor kitchen. This made us feel completely at home. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!

My family, friends, and I were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this owner's place. The house was perfect for our group, and everything was just great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay right at our fingertips. I especially want to highlight how clean and cozy every room was. The owner is an incredibly kind person—he gave us great recommendations, treated us to some cold beer 😄, and was always available to help with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Meri is a wonderful, sweet and kind person. She greeted us with homemade juice and liquor. Also she gifted us some delicious brownies during our stay. Meri was very helpful. The streets to the Airbnb are very steep and narrow, you should not be an inexperienced driver. It was at first not super easy to find but Meri picked us up and showed us the way. All in all, we had a beautiful and peaceful vacation with a gorgeous view.

We (6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby) spent a week in the beautiful place. The house, the two terraces, the pool and the garden really offer everything, and there is something for everyone: for our son the large trampoline was a highlight, the sunbathing area by the pool invites you to relax, and the sea view is absolutely breathtaking anyway. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are enough towels and blankets, and we were completely happy. Communication with Silvia was totally straightforward and she is very reliable! 100% recommended!

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Very quiet and beautifully decorated home. Kristina greeted us with an opulent array of fresh bakery sweets and huge selection of fresh fruit and bottle of champagne. Wish we had more time enjoying your beautiful home but spent all of our time touring. I hope the guys emptied the refrigerator. We had to catch a flight and rushed out due a delay from a truck on fire on way to Zagreb airport. We made it in time and had a lovely stay.

Very nice accommodation to enjoy the vacation in peace. In the house there is everything, just great!
