The apartment is located in a family house on the ground floor. In addition to this apartment in the same family house, another larger app on the first floor is offered. The house is 3 kilometers away from the sea by car (road), there is also a pedestrian road that is 1 kilometer away from the sea (stairs) that is in the direction of the sea downhill but when returning it should still be in shape. Apartment T&T is fully styled in the spring of 2019. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen and living room (openspace) and a bathroom with a sauna.

Close to the cities of Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Motovun, Hum, the islands of Krk, Cres, Rab, Lošinj, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Paklenica, Gorski Kotar, Rastoke. Učka Nature Park has hiking trails near the apartment.

The studio is located on the first floor of a family house and is entirely oriented towards the sea. The main (bed) room as well as the spacious balcony overlook the Kvarner Bay. The studio is ideal for couples, but it can also accommodate a couple with one child. The house is in a quiet location and is therefore ideal for a vacation. The host welcomes and sees off guests and is always at your service. Guests can also enjoy the garden amenities. The store, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser, bus are within a 10-15 minute walk.
