The apartment is located in a family house on the ground floor. In addition to this apartment in the same family house, another larger app on the first floor is offered. The house is 3 kilometers away from the sea by car (road), there is also a pedestrian road that is 1 kilometer away from the sea (stairs) that is in the direction of the sea downhill but when returning it should still be in shape. Apartment T&T is fully styled in the spring of 2019. It consists of one bedroom, kitchen and living room (openspace) and a bathroom with a sauna.

Close to the cities of Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Motovun, Hum, the islands of Krk, Cres, Rab, Lošinj, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Paklenica, Gorski Kotar, Rastoke. Učka Nature Park has hiking trails near the apartment.

The studio is ideal for couples, but it can also accommodate a couple with one child. The house is in a quiet location and is therefore ideal for a vacation. The house is situated in 10 000 m2 olive tree field, that is only for the guests. It is a 100 years old mediteranean bergerie completely renovated few years ago. As it is situated at the top of the stone terraces, it offers a breathtaking view over the Kvarner bay, islands Cres and Krk. The house is not far from the sea, but as it is very uphill, it is easier to go with the car.
