On sunny days, the sunset and morning sun reflect on the sea, and it looks like the road is connected to the accommodation, which is very beautiful. Designed by our family who loves exercise and travel We created a fusion of "travel and retreat" in a place with a view of the sea. We created a private studio surrounded by the sea by narrowing the living space to allow for aerial yoga, pilates, dance, stretching, hammocks, and light weight training, and allocating space for movement and retreat, so that you can refresh your body and mind.

In the spring, you can dig for bamboo shoots. In the fall, you can pick chestnuts. A relaxing space overlooking a bamboo forest while sitting comfortably on the veranda. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is about a 15-minute drive to the pottery town of Kasama. There is also a golf course nearby. Also, the highway ETC exit is close, making it easy to access Oarai and Ajiro. Hitachinaka Beach Park is about a 40-minute drive away. It is also an easy route to get to rock festivals. As it is limited to one group, guests will only see guests in the same group and not other guests they don't know.　　　　　　　　This is the best place for all guests to enjoy themselves. Please come with everyone. Close to Narita Airport, Narita Mountain, shopping mall, and sake factory. We will pick you up and drop you off by car to the nearest station, nearby shops, etc. It is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, so you can rest assured for longer stays. Limited to 5 people per group, but we can accommodate up to 8 people. The nearest station is a 10-minute walk away, but we will pick you up free of charge by car to the station where you can take the express train to Tokyo Station and Narita Airport Station.

It is a calm, modern Japanese building that uses plenty of indirect lighting. The roughly 3,300 m² Japanese garden is also meticulously lit and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Please use it as a base for various activities such as concerts at the nearby Guitar Culture Museum, bus fishing at Kasumigaura, golf, sky sports, sightseeing orchard tours, Mt. Tsukuba climbing, and trail running. BBQ tools are available for rent separately for 5,500 yen. Oarai entire house (24 hour for self check-in)

Our house was renovated recently. 13 - 15 mins to Oarai station by walk. We also have several bicycles for visitors. You can use them for free. Since we don't live in this house currently, you can use entire home, and all rooms in the house. Please ask us about the price and room available, if you are interested.
