Welcome to our spacious family cottage, which is located high up with a wide view of the sea. The location is private and yet close to several beaches (Ørekroken and Storesand). On the terrace towards the sea you can enjoy the evening until sunset and the terrace is perfect for breakfast and activities. The cabin can accommodate up to 9 guests of all ages. In the garden there is plenty of space for badminton or other activities as well as a playroom for the little ones. The local beach offers swimming rocks, sandy beach and crab fishing. The cabin has parking.

The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is practically furnished and easy to keep in order. Everything is easily accessible, both during the stay and for cleaning upon departure. This is a place for quiet and cozy stays. Please note: This is NOT a party cabin!

In walking distance from the cabin you will also find the grocery stores, it is 10 min to drive to Fredrikstad and we have a boat a stone's throw from the cabin that you can also rent. The cabin is newly renovated; has inlaid water (shower, toilet, dishwasher and washing machine) , internet and TV. Two large patio's with dining area and sofa/lounge Fire pit, grill and pizza oven.

The cabin is located directly below the island's highest point and is sheltered from winds from the southwest, west and north Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK. 100 per set. We primarily rent to families. The cabin has occasionally been visited by a cat (allergy-friendly Siberian cat)

Welcome to "bua" at Hvalstrand pier facility! Bua is a cozy cabin located at Hvalers perhaps most charming marina. Here it is quiet and peaceful while getting a taste of boating Bua is adjacent to the boat docks to expect to meet people vacationing in their boats. There are on-site swimming facilities with a swimming staircase on the end of the boat dock. The surroundings consist of a lot of nice nature with forest, paths and mountains. A small drive/bus ride away is Skjærhalden Bystranda and Storesand.
