Connected to electricity and water and equipped with shower, TV with apple TV and wifi and a newer large weber gas grill outside. There is free parking at the bottom of a 10 min walk from the cabin. Possibility of access to dinghy, with boat space, about 12 min walk from the cabin. Charming Bay with docks, swimming area and kiosk is also within walking distance.

Three bedrooms, separate bathroom and toilet, and open living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, wifi and TV in the living room. (Not the fastest connection but works fine for the Chromecast that's there.) Dining table, high chair, and Tripp stair chair. Hemsen is equipped with mattresses but is mostly used by larger children for play. Not suitable for smaller children as the stairs are very steep Bedroom 1: 160cm bed. Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed. Bedroom 3: two bunk beds where there are 2 x 80 cm beds, 1 x 90 cm bed, 1 x 140 cm bed.

The cabin is located in a very quiet and cozy cabin area not far away from Skjærhalden (Kirkøy, Hvaler, not far away from Fredrikstad in Østfold) There is sun from morning to evening on the property, with good stays in the sunny parts of the cabin (or shade if that is preferable). En veldig hyggelig og fin hytte. Flott utsikt med terrasse på 3 sider. Solrikt hele dagen. Parkering 50 m unna. Ca 500 m til havet. Innlagt drikkevann og avløp. WC. Peis både ute og inne. Det kan bo inntil 8 personer på hytta. Fullt utstyrt. Du må ta med egne hånklær og sengetøy. Dyner og puter finnes der. Det er lekeområde rett nedenfor hytta. Der er det Petanqe, Tennis (liten), Bordtennis, Basketkurv, Volleballnett, Sjakk

Leiligheten er fult møblert, også sengetøy og håndklær. Babyseng og barnestol tilgjengelig. Det er 4 sengeplasser i leiligheten. Det er også mulighet for å sove på sovesofa i stuen.
