With proximity to the sea and Skjærhalden's facilities, you can enjoy Hvaler in all its splendor and charm. The proximity to the Skjærhalden town square means that you can stroll down to the hustle and bustle now that the seaside season is starting again for Easter. The annex is located on a residential plot, with its own patio and barbecue/outdoor furniture. Suitable for quiet people; no smoking or parties.

Experience a unique cottage plot of over 1300 sqm on Hvaler. Enjoy the sun right by the water, whether you want to sit on the terrace, the jetty or the beach. Play volleyball on your own beach, eat out in one of the dining areas, read a book on the jetty or jump from the diving tower and swim a lap. Large open concept living room and kitchen. Very sunny and sheltered. Parking on the property. Three bedrooms, one with a 180 cm bed, one room with a bunk bed (2 sleeping places) and a room with a 120 cm bed. No running water in the cabin. Water is available from a cistern that is filled with rainwater. Drinking water is available in the cabin. Cinderella incineration toilet. For the children: Trampoline, sand box, private wooden play house with slide, zip line. Remember to bring your own bedding/towels.

Cozy little holiday home on Spjærøy on Hvaler. The brewery house is part of an old small farm and the hosts live in the main house. Here, you can enjoy quiet and peaceful days in the garden, or go for a walk to the lake. Both Spjærekilen with good bathing opportunities and Kjellvika is within walking distance. Generally good hiking opportunities. Whether you want to enjoy the quiet days or want to explore Hvaler, this is a nice base. Shops about 5 km away. We have 7 happy hens that partly roam freely.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Great guest house/annex only 30 meters from the sea. Great bathing opportunities, road all the way up. 10/15 min to shops and restaurants in Skjærhalden. The guest house consists of a mini kitchen, dining area for 4 people. Loft with 3 mattresses and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Possibility to borrow laundry room located in the guest house with own entrance. Private patio outside the annex. Good sun conditions.
