The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 6 sleeping places, kitchen, living room and bathroom. The cabin has no running water and sewage, but cistern water in the kitchen and bathroom.

The property has sun from morning to evening, with several nice outdoor areas. Choose between sun or shade, depending on your preference. The cabin is practically furnished and easy to keep in order. Everything is easily accessible, both during the stay and for cleaning upon departure. This is a place for quiet and cozy stays. Please note: This is NOT a party cabin!

In walking distance from the cabin you will also find the grocery stores, it is 10 min to drive to Fredrikstad and we have a boat a stone's throw from the cabin that you can also rent. The cabin is newly renovated; has inlaid water (shower, toilet, dishwasher and washing machine) , internet and TV. Two large patio's with dining area and sofa/lounge Fire pit, grill and pizza oven.

Relax with family or friends at this great cabin on Søndre Sandøy. Sunny cottage + annex. Fantastic view! A 10 minute ferry ride from Skjærhalden is the wonderful island of Søndre Sandøy. The cabin is beautifully located on the hill of Røveråsen, which gives a fantastic view over the fjord and the strait towards Skjærhalden, Kirkøy and Nordre Sandøy, AND first-class sun conditions from morning to evening. In the cabin there are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, but in the annex there are 4-6 beds.
