Centrally located, large house with garden

Sunny backyard, lots of space in the house, quiet neighborhood, close to shops and station. It takes 8 minutes by train to get to Utrecht Centraal Centraal. Close to the A27, A2 and the A12. Within half an hour you drive to Amsterdam. The forest is within walking distance, and the beach is within cycling distance. There is a large trampoline in the backyard. The house is suitable for a family, but also a good base to get to know the Netherlands together. Except for a locked room, our entire home is at your disposition!
