This brand new recently remodeled 1200 square foot space has it all. Open space concept with living room, bar, treadmill , foosball table, newly enlarged bedroom, and beautiful huge bathroom. Own entrance with spacious patio with view of backyard forest. All pets are welcomed at no extra cost. They love the big fenced backyard to run and play. We do have dogs of our own and they interact with our guests pets, if you would like. This space is 15 minutes away from downtown KCMO. No cleaning fee

The space was absolutely beautiful and clean. Rachel was friendly, helpful, responsive and thoughtful. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. There was plenty to do, parks nearby where we could walk, and the amenities were nice. There is a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely come back next time.

Literally such a cute location, & such an amazing host!! He was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint was that the couch doesn’t recline, but like you still have a couch haha. The Martin Shanty was a wonderful respite away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to get out and about. The shanty is close to Parkville, which is the cutest little town ever! The space was warm, cozy, and immaculately kept. We had everything we needed. We will definitely choose this place everytime we come to Kansas City!

Park House on Main was perfect! My husband and I wanted a walkable, quiet weekend in KC. The location of this place was ideal as it allowed us to walk everywhere; to the farmers market and park, to Prima for dinner, and to other local coffee shops and boutiques. The room we booked felt like a hotel room - equipped with clean linens, a small coffee pot and typical amenities. The train downtown was not a problem as the host supplied effective earplugs. We loved our stay!
