Enjoy your private deck overlooking the lake. Unit is one entire floor of a two-floor house, with your separate entrance up outside stairs. Relax. It's peaceful and quiet (except for birds), and the air is delicious. Kitchenette for simple meals. Golf courses, beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking, boat rental, pickleball, fitness center, etc. nearby and available for cost. Half hour to Hot Springs with its spas, race track, casino, quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants. Stay a while.

You will fall in love with our "Tree house" located in the beautiful foothills of the Ouachita mountains. Ours is a 1700 sq Ft separate apartment with one oversize bedroom with king size Sleep Number bed, open concept living/dining room, full kitchen, bath, and deck with a gas BBQ pit, patio table, and hammocks. Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
