Apartment vacation rentals in Hot Springs Village

We loved our stay at this location! It was secluded enough to be away from the hustle of the city but close enough to experience all the city has to offer, such as shopping and restaurants. We arrived about an hour and a half early and Chris allowed us to check in at that time instead of waiting until 4pm. This was greatly appreciated since we had 2 small children with us. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. The view at sunset was absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I had a great stay at Mark's place for a quick get away! The home was cozy and comfortable with a good amount of outdoor activities to do around the area!

Jill's place is incredible! The pictures dont do it justice. Since the tornado happened as shown in the photos, the land has been cleared for the most part and when I stayed i could see and hear the creek from the porch. I could have sat on the porch forever! It was so peaceful and beautiful. Even though there were other apartments, it was extremely private. I never really saw or heard anyone else. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant but there is still plenty to do and within about 5 minutes of Walmart and restaurants. My favorite place in the village was Balboa lake with a private beach and a nice waterfall plus a great restaurant called Sunset Grill. It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs with minimal traffic and definitely worth it to be outside of the city and in a quaint & private area. Another great thing, the bed was very comfortable! Price is very reasonable! Jill is incredibly kind and was helpful with any questions i had. I can't say enough great things!

This place was perfect for our group! Easy to find, very safe, and in an awesome, central location. The pool was our favorite part! Huge plus that there were beach towels at the apartment, too! Would definitely stay again.

The host was responsive when we had to msg her. The duplex is cute and cozy. The kitchen area is cramped. But let’s be real, I wasn’t in hot springs to cook so it was really a non- issue for us. The bedrooms were nice, the pillows are great. There is art from local artists on the wall which I thought was neat. It’s super close to everything we needed and yet felt secluded enough that it didn’t have that busy feel. It felt well maintained and had vintage charm.

This rental was very clean and smelled nice upon entering. The home was just as pictured. It was great for our family of 4 visiting for our son's college baseball games. Plenty of bath towels were provided also. My only suggestion would be lawn care and/or flower beds needed attention.

Cozy, clean, right on the lake. Quiet, with good views. Nice patio area, grill and fire pit.

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Our host Deborah was amazing. Very helpful with things to do in town. Cabin was clean and neat. The room was connected to the lake house that host was staying in but still felt private.

Great stay. Enjoyed the balcony over the water. Glad coffee was available, since I forgot mine.

this is one of the cutest airbnbs I've stayed in. It is so cozy and the view is amazing! everything was modern and updated. The design is prestige! I love the detail they put into this home! I would love to come back again!

Definitely would stay here again. Although it is a 30 minute drive to Hot Springs, it is a scenic one and is worth the private and peaceful setting. Upon arrival it was clean and well put together, and many amenities were provided if needed. We did have some trouble with the internet but that is to be expected due to the area. Ultimately, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it!

The best hospitality and the easiest host to work with. It’s clean and cozy with lots of towels and close to the lake. It’s worth the price and recommend to everyone to check out for a stay!

We had such a peaceful and comfortable stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, it felt clean, calm, and welcoming. The host clearly thought of everything—there was a cute “in case you forgot something” station, plenty of cleaning supplies (which y’all know most places don’t bother to leave), and extras like books, games, toys, pool items, and a cozy throw that made it feel homey and thoughtful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we were close to plenty of restaurants and shopping . The view in the evening was our favorite—you could see the bridge lights and boats going by after their long day of fun ,while we hung out on the patio. The pool area was quiet, clean, and felt private, and getting into the condo was simple. The welcome area was charming, and you could tell a lot of love and care went into the space. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach if we’d needed anything. This stay went beyond our expectations. We highly recommend!

What a great stay! The power went out around 11pm one night and both Welibeth and Gary came down with a candle for us and to make sure we were ok - very thoughtful! The location is STUNNING. The hosts do a fantastic job at giving you the details you need to know - putting in the location of the house in your GPS AFTER entering the gates and how many steps down to the airbnb there are. The jetted tub was an amazing feature after a long day at Magic Springs. Thank you again, Welibeth and Gary!!!

Don’t judge a book by its cover is the theme of this review. The room is in an older home in an historic neighborhood in Hot Springs. The outside door could definitely use some paint! But once you enter the unit, you’re in the cutest, most comfy space ever!! We loved the beautiful bathroom, clean kitchen, roomy couch. We loved the sleeping porch the most with the floor to ceiling windows and comfy beds. It’s just a safe, few blocks to downtown and plenty of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Our three night stay at Christopher’s condo in Hot Springs was awesome! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The location was perfect and Lake Hamilton is so beautiful! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks again for making our stay in Hot Springs so comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for the price and a really beautiful location. Kitchen was very well-stocked, rooms looked like the photos and matched the description, assigned parking was convenient and helpful. The slight feedback we’d share for other guests: WiFi was just about fast enough for Zoom calls but felt a bit on the fringe, place was a bit dusty when we arrived in case you’re sensitive, be careful with the balcony doors as there are a ton of bugs outside, and while we were there there was quite a bit of construction upstairs and the other building during our stay (hopefully that’s gone soon). That said, getting a roomy condo for the price of a hotel in the area was an absolute steal so we didn’t mind the slight issues. Check out was early but easy — no ridiculous requirements which seem to be commonplace these days. Overall would recommend!

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Place was very clean and spacious, we appreciated the pool and sauna area as well which weren’t busy on a weekend in late May. The only thing was the office was closed all weekend so we weren’t able to do any of the activities offered like mini golf, kayaking, or paddle boating but everything else was available and we had a great time nonetheless. Also, the garbage from the previous stay was still there (to the side of the back porch) and it smelled a bit so I mentioned it to Candace. She offered to pick it up but never did which wasn’t a big deal but I hope they make sure to do that in the future.

Great experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was friendly and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

This place was perfect for our needs. Everything was extremely clean, there were a few snacks for us and a birthday balloon. Very quiet area and easy to get to anything you wanted to do. The only thing that we had a small issue was with the wifi upstairs. It wasn’t overly strong and the TV kept losing signal. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

Mary was very responsive when I had a question about parking. She offered suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Would definitely come back!

The wife loved the view over the lake (the cat seemed to enjoy it too). Many little extras provided like K-Cup coffees, spices, fully stocked kitchen. WIFI worked good (critical since I had to work many of the days). Overall, a nice place to stay.
