One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Really had a great stay, all 3 of us didn't want to leave. The view was extraordinary, lots to see around the cottage & nice people nearby. Everything in the cottage was great & were even surprised how beautiful it all was. Quick response from host for tips & advice. There was nothing disappointing. 15 minutes from villages where there was also a lot to do. This was a great experience & we look forward to coming again. Thank you !

What a wonderful stay we had in das Zwergstübchen! It is a cute cottage with a cozy decor. We didn't lack anything here. In addition, the cottage has a good location. When you step outside, you immediately feel like you are in nature. At the same time, villages with supermarket/bakery/restaurant are a short distance away. Hostess Patricia helped us excellently where we had questions. She is always available and helpful. We'd love to come back sometime!

We were very satisfied with Mr. Hartmut and the accommodation. Was our 1st time at an AirBnB and a lovely experience. Mr. Hartmut apparently has not received such good reviews for nothing. He always seemed very straightforward and friendly. Makes it all very transparent and fair. In our 4 days and 3 nights we felt comfortable and can't complain about the price, cleanliness and performance at all. Just great, no lie. Thanks again for a nice time.

As a group of friends of four people, we really enjoyed our stay. Apart from the fact that one of the mattresses was already a bit worn, we liked the apartment. The layout of the apartment together with the furnishing style and the furnishings (especially board games) we liked it.

A much more welcoming feel than the pictures suggest – cozy, with beautiful views in a lovely setting. Fantastic walking right from the doorstep, and a great golf course with restaurants and a spa also within walking distance. Spotlessly clean throughout.

Actually, we shouldn't write a review, because otherwise more people will book the house ;-) But yes, it was awesome. We will definitely be back! You've created something really great. Regards and see you next time!

We felt absolutely comfortable in the apartment. It is super nicely decorated, now in winter nice and warm, the kitchen is well equipped and the TV is a smart TV. The location of the apartment is perfect for hiking in the middle of the Black Forest or strolling through the village. Communication with Susanne was straightforward, she is very accommodating and friendly.

Verena was a kind and friendly host. We had a pleasant stay. Her place is well maintained and met our expectations very well. I would highly recommend Verena's place.

The place is well organized and private. It's on the top of a hill close to the center. The RE2 from Karlsruhe to Konstanz runs every hour in both directions providing plenty to do. The apartment is free of clutter and the garden and layout are well thought out.

The accommodation in Mühlenbach was very cozy, very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and you immediately felt comfortable. The surroundings have absolutely convinced with the tranquility and the beautiful hiking trails. The Prinzbach family was very friendly, courteous and always available. We have finally recovered very well and can only recommend this place! Thank you to the Prinzbach family for the lovely stay! :)

I had a fantastic time at Heinz and Heide! Not only is the area super beautiful, Simonswald is very central, the studio is beautiful. Spacious, cozy and very well insulated. Well equipped (there is even a washer/dryer combination and a dishwasher) and squeaky clean! The relaxation chair is the end! I was in it every night after a long day of motorcycling. Heinz and Heide are by far the best hosts I've ever had on Airbnb. I felt welcome right away and had several pleasant conversations during my stay. They are always close when you need them, but they certainly respect your privacy! If I had three thumbs, I'd raise them all!

We spent a weekend with the family and everything was very nice and the beds were super comfortable.

We spent a very nice week here, the apartment is very well equipped, cozy and quiet. The city center is within walking distance in 20 minutes and highly recommended! I would be happy to come back..

Great and clean apartment in a beautiful area

Nice spacious accommodation for 2 people. Very nice to have a mini terrace to enjoy being outside. 15 minutes' walk to the historic center of Alpirsbach which is very pretty. Lots of hikes in the area. Marlis hosted us very well, I would not hesitate to go back if I return to the area.

The stay here was exactly what was expected! A beautiful, clean space that had all the comforts. Despite having some rainy days, we were able to stay in this cottage just fine! This is definitely recommended!

What a lovely apartment! Thoroughly recommended.

Nice spacious studio in the middle of the Black Forest. The studio is located on the ground floor of the hosts house, near the main road of Mitteltal, which was ideally located to start hikes and bike rides. With the Schwarzwald Plus card you can also use the bus for free to go to the start of hikes/activities in the region. Mitteltal has one very little supermarket and some bakeries and restaurants in walking distance (5-10 min). If you want some more options, Baiersbronn has some bigger supermarkets and more restaurants in 10 min by car. The sauna was a very nice addition on the rainy days. The bed was comfortable, the studio was very quiet and dark with the roller shutters down. The shower was also very nice. The host was very friendly and informative. We appreciated the parking spot in front of the house and the fact that we could park our racing bikes in the garage. We would recommend this studio for a peaceful trip to the Schwarzwald.

A great place to stay and enjoy the region. You can stay at home, cook some food, enjoy some wine, the nice view from the terrace and some animals around. Or you can go and explore the region because there is lots to do. You will get advice and tips from the kind hosts and they will leave you to it. Such a nice place and a perfect accommodation to stay for a while. Just mind your head every now and then because of the ceiling 😉 Would totally recommend!
