Monthly Rentals in Holt

This was a wonderful solo retreat location. I loved having both a front and rear balcony to sit on and read and enjoy the beautiful weather. I've been to the area before and knew I wanted to be within walking distance of the downtown and small shops. The local was perfect and the privacy was excellent. Having a front main security door and then a security door to the apartment made everything feel very safe but still easily accessible. There was both a parking lot and on-street parking in immediate proximity to the building on a picturesque street. Amenities were excellent and the host was friendly in any messages needs. Highly recommend a stay here

What a beautiful home in the country! Shannon was an amazing communicator and very helpful in the very few instances needed. The house was extremely clean and had all of the things, small and large, needed for the trip. I also had 2 dogs with me on the trip and Shannon had 2 dog kennels in an air conditioned garage that worked out perfectly for the couple of times I left the house for longer lengths of time. I also worked from the house for a few days and used the little office under the stairs. Overall, a solid property that I would love to stay at again on future trips back home to the KC outskirts. We loved staying at The Overlook. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and little boutiques. An added bonus is their cute coffee shop just below you.

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s. Although you feel like you are in the country, it is very convenient to Kansas City. The space was super clean and we had everything we needed. Annie is very friendly and proactive with communication. We hope to return the next time we are in the area!!
