Allen as a host 10/10 , flexible, carried my luggage when we arrived. Was very responsive, had a binder of things to do, everything in home was clean , had pots/pans/ ice maker , cooler/beach chairs ! The place was absolutely peaceful! Will definitely want to book again! Also he allowed us to meet his dogs Bam Ban and Reecee so cute! All instructions were clear! Absolutely no issues thank you for a wonderful stay !!

This condo was exactly what we saw in the photos! The condo was very clean and had an amazing smell. The VIEWS were incredible. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with walls of windows. You not only have an amazing beach views, you have incredible views of the city. You can see all the way to downtown and the cruise port! I highly recommend booking this place. Michael was an amazing host. He was very prompt to respond to my emails. The only thing I would recommend in the unit would be adding some curtains in the bedroom to block out some of the lights that come in from the cracks in between the shades. Other than that the unit was amazing and I am already looking to book again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The house was beautiful and spacious it came with everything we needed as family To enjoy our stay. We were close to everything and the pool was super clean and heated. We would definitely book again in the future thank you !

Had a great stay! Place is exactly like the photos, both spacious and airy and well setup as an Airbnb. We stayed for 2 weeks as I recovered from some surgery and I could not have asked for better. Everything was easy from nearby restaurants, a beautiful canal/waterway view, and a quiet, safe, convenient neighborhood with easy access to everything. Lars was incredibly responsive and fixed a small shade issue within 1/2 a day. Communication and recommendations were clear and helpful. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms, but worth noting the 3rd bedroom did have some noise from the pool filter due to proximity. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

I had a lovely, peaceful, comfortable stay and Jason was very helpful when I couldn’t figure out the WiFi. The only downside was the pool was closed for renovations, but overall a great stay and super host. Thank you.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia na casa da Melinda e Bud. Espaço super confortável e aconchegante, ótima localização em um bairro muito bonito e seguro. Todos os cômodos da casa muito bem equipados, tendo tudo o que precisávamos. Um diferencial que adoramos muito, foi ter à disposição 4 bicicletas, para conhecer ainda mais a região e também a flexibilidade do check-in/check-out. Melinda foi super gentil e prestativa em nos ajudar desde o início da viagem, assim como sempre nos respondeu o mais rápido possível. Agradecemos por tornar nossa estadia super agradável! Stayed here during a surgery which needed to be rescheduled and had to extend our stay. Renata was very accommodating and understanding and was willing to work with us to meet our needs. She also called to see how I was feeling after surgery which we thought was very thoughtful!! Would definitely recommend!!!

I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Miami, and I have to say, the place I stayed in was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I knew this apartment was something special. The panoramic views were absolutely breathtaking, offering an unobstructed view of both the ocean and the city skyline. Waking up every morning to that incredible sunrise over the water was truly magical. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of style and comfort. It was spacious, modern, and filled with light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The interior was beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals while enjoying the view. The living room was cozy yet luxurious, and I spent hours just relaxing, taking in the incredible surroundings. The location was perfect too, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife.

This place was perfect. Only complaint and it’s not the host fault is that the entrance to the hotel can be missed very easily. Had to bust a few too many u-turns lol

Beautiful beach condo. Great access to elevators and laundry! Convenient in and out parking. Liliana was a lovely hostess and very helpful during our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Hermoso departamento con vista a la bahia, muy cómodo y funcional para 5 personas. Bien equipado, como indica la publicación. Tuvimos buena comunicación con la empresa rentadora. Esta a menos de 10 min caminando de la playa y de un centro comercial con supermercado y lugares para comer. Super recomendable, sin duda volveremos!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our host was very friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Such a great house! Wonderful pool and backyard. There were 5 Of us and plenty of room! Fully stocked kitchen and awesome refrigerator/freezer space. There were a few MINOR glitches and their response time was superb in addressing them. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend! The ONLY thing I would say about the listing is that the walk to the beach and restaurants was a bit longer than I had envisioned. In the winter months the walk would have been lovely. But in the summer heat, if you’re not used to Florida summer heat (our midwestern blood isn’t!) definitely consider getting a car. We got one last minute once we felt how hot it was outside and knew we would want to be out and about a lot. Bikes would be a PERFECT addition to this property. We looked into the bike share program in LBS, but only one charging station in the area so it wouldn’t have been a fit for our needs.

The property is to die for! So green and tropical… animals cruise through which adds to it!

Rosario's place was a dream. Enjoyed my stay and the paradise of a backyard is just perfect. The cherry on top is the sweet cat, Piltri. It's her home so treat it well! Rosario and her husband were helpful and communicative. Thanks again :)

We are from Miami, and wanted a weekend getaway. Everything about this stay was super easy and relaxing. Michelle is super attentive to detail, so the place is fully stocked with anything you could image needing, and the beach decor is so pretty and enjoyable. It’s such a happy place to be in, and nothing beats the ocean and boardwalk views from the bay windows.
