Exceptionally clean, welcoming, 1 BR unit, with a well-stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee machine + pods, drip coffee machine + coffee), and very clean, ample, bathroom. Gym was nice and the pool area was lovely. Right on the beach! Carla was highly responsive.

Everything about this experience was immaculate! The location, the amenities, and the surrounding establishments and venues create an invaluable atmosphere and unforgettable vacay. I lived in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale for 12 years and this spot is a true gem that I’m glad we came across. Jason and Dave were responsive and willing to assist with anything we needed. We will definitely make this our vacation residence for years to come!

We had a wonderful stay! Location was ideal near restaurants and shopping. Amenities were wonderful and the host was very responsive and helpful!

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a couple days! It was a great stay. Anything we needed the host was in constant contact. Honestly it was a smooth check in, location is perfect and the listing was the exact as the condo itself. We will definitely be back! So there were no surprises! Thank you!

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Perfect ocean view bungalow in deco style building. This was my second stay and it is lovely to enjoy the beach between working in the area. The location and cozy vibe is fantastic. The pool wasn’t in service this stay. I recommend reading all details to the end of the listing to check for updates.

The accomodations were exactly as advertised. Very convenient, just a minute to the beach and the broadwalk. There are a variety of restaurants on the broadwalk to suit anyone's palat. shopping for most things is only a 15-20 minutes drive away.

Having surgery is very scary but staying at this condo was a game changer. So peaceful and serene. When we came back from the hospital it was the peace we felt there that really seemed to lift our spirits and filled our hearts with hope. Thank you Maria For making our stay so peaceful. It makes a difference. Loved the condo and the atmosphere. Many nice places to eat nearby and the pool was our haven! Hope I don’t have to have surgery again but if I do I will want to come there. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The owner was incredibly helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Great spot! Lots of room in the condo with a great view and private jacuzzi that was well maintained and cleaned. You fill it up with water yourself so you know it’s clean. (Takes 10-15 min to fill not bad). Great location and definitely in walking distance to everything. Prepare for very expensive parking! Two days was 160 bucks. Not the hosts fault or problem just be prepared. Well worth it all.

The Airbnb was perfect and looked exactly like the picture. At check in, the hotel mad an error in the amount of days I was staying there for. I contacted Loren and she reached out almost immediately. She took care of the issue right away. The Lapis Spa is beautiful and there was so many nice restaurants there as well. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be booking through Loren again !

Don’t think twice, BOOK IT!! Honestly, is such a great place, the pool and spa are breathtaking. The location is perfect to walk around to many places. Well deserved 5 stars rating, Omar is an amazing host!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.
