Vacation rentals with a patio in Holly Ridge

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. My boyfriend and I loved staying at Lauren’s place! When we arrived check-in was simple with a code and check-out instructions were clear as well. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was great because we were less than 8 minutes from pretty much everything you can think of. Thank you Lauren!

We love Erika's place. This is our 2nd stay and we have already booked a 3rd. It's neat and clean. The bed is comfy. She provides towels, linens, soap, and shampoo. It's easy to access the entire island by bicycle. Lots of recommendations in her book. It's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Our favorite vacation spot.

Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

We rented Steve's place to attend our granddaughters graduation.The location was very convenient with plenty to do within walking distance. Plenty of street parking but also a private spot in the back of the house. We didn't do any cooking but the apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook small meals. There are 2 air conditioners which made the apartment very comfortable. Plenty of hot water with great pressure for 2 people. My only suggestion is to add a book with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I'm very familiar with Wilmington but for newcomers, there's a lot to see and do that only locals can recommend. Great breweries, restaurants...even the Harris Teeter has a wine bar with music! Buy a bottle of wine, cheese, italian meats and crackers and enjoy the relaxing porch at sunset!

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

A Perfect Stay in Carolina Beach! This was hands down one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Truly spotless from top to bottom. The attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort really made this Airbnb stand out. The location was just as impressive: the beach was just the right distance away…an easy walk, but far enough that it stayed peaceful and quiet. They even provided a beach chair and umbrella, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our beach days super relaxing. Plus, while the Airbnb isn’t smack in the middle of the tourist hustle, it’s just a few minutes from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. That balance made it easy to enjoy everything without dealing with constant crowds. Overall, this stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place in Carolina Beach, this is it. We’ll definitely be coming back if in the area!

Michael was a remarkably responsive and helpful host -- and the property was great. Not only was it clean, and as completely close to the beach as advertised BUT (and this is an under-rated thing) the beds were also super comfortable. Everything was exactly as pictured and described -- and it was great walking into a property that was so well-appointed and outfitted. Thanks again!

We loved the oceanfront covered patio with unbeatable access to the beach. The house was comfortable and reasonably stocked with everything we needed. I disagree with the previous reviewer about cleanliness- the house felt very clean in all rooms, especially for a beach house exposed to the elements

The house was in a great location - easy access to the beach & nearby shopping & restaurants. Quick response to a small problem upon entering the house. The house was clean and worked well for our family. Truly enjoyed our stay!

The place was beautiful with direct ocean views .. loved that on split beach house on quieter part of beach without ton of traffic listening to the waves crash onshore and enjoyed the soft gentle breeze every evening from balconies pretty ved amazing . The decor was on point. Beds were very comfortable. The host and communication was the best. I had a couple of quick questions and Andrew answered promptly as well as being super friendly before arrival, upon arrival and checkout. Appreciated the care hosts took to ensure us as guests felt right at home. The elevator 🛗 was very handy for my elderly parents traveling with this vacation. We loved grilling out and enjoying cornhole on Mother’s Day. The pool was closed and opens Memorial through Labor - which was ok for us.Overall great experience and exactly what needed as relax, reset, recenter and rejuvenate.

This was one of my all time favorite Air BNBs! It’s is adorably furnished and ridiculously comfortable. It did feel like visiting my grandmother’s house. ❤️Ashley was very friendly and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever. We would have stayed longer as we are waiting on the closing of a home purchase, but sadly, it was booked for the extended time period we needed. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the Relaxing Retreat. It was very nice, relaxing and quiet. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location, close to restaurants, stores and Camp Lejeune Wilson Gate. I will stay here again when visiting Jacksonville.

I booked last minute, and this host was able to provide me quickly with access to a beautiful home with multiple spacious rooms and ample bedding options for the whole family. The location was phenomenal with easy access to restaurants, local stores, and the best beach! The home was very clean and had multiple places to sit and enjoy the outside beauty of the sunset and waterway!

This was a wonderful stay for me and my girls. It was so comfy and we felt right at home! Hearing the waves every day was relaxing. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

Warren's condo was perfect and just as descried and pictured. The evenings on the deck watching the boats go by and beautiful sunsets were wonderful.

A great place for two people in a perfect location for walking to the nightlife around the historic Wilmington area and waterfront. Clean and comfortable inside and the balcony provides a wonderful view of the Cape Fear river and battleship!

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. Great stay!!

What an absolute gem this place is. The home was very homey, comfortable and clean upon arrival. The amenities, the view and location was everything the host described a more. This is the perfect spot for a very calm and relaxing stay. My little family of 3 went from 3 to 4 this year, so we have a new little 4 month old addition to our family and even with an infant the stay was beyond pleasant and relaxing. Everything was at a much slower pace and it was just overall such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!
