House vacation rentals in Holly Ridge

We came to celebrate birthdays in our family. We had three families staying together at this Airbnb and we had plenty of space to sleep comfortably, have the kids entertained in both the family room and outside, and we were able to cook full meals for everyone. The beach is a short drive and the home is conveniently located to grocery stores and shopping centers as well. The home was absolutely beautiful and we loved everything about our stay, especially the outdoor area with the pool, screened in porch, grill and outdoor games. I would absolutely come back to stay here again! *Also, one of the children left a Tablet device in the home after check out and the owners were super helpful and quickly responsive to ensure we were able to retrieve it before we left town!

The house exceeded our expectations. There is beach equipment/towels available for guests, along with a rise off area by the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked compared to other air bnbs I've stayed in. Check in/check out is super easy and the responsive hosts created a helpful guidebook to answer all questions and even included restaurant/activity recommendations. The walk to the beach access was much shorter than we thought from the map view, so this is a perfect location in vicinity to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, all of the linens are high quality and cleaned very well. The mattresses and pillows were also extremely comfy! We've decided that Topsail will be our regular beach spot and we'll be staying here whenever possible!!

We had a fantastic stay! The place is private yet close to all the fun on the island, with easy access to the beach—just a short five-minute walk across the street. The home is beautifully furnished, with comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and spotlessly clean throughout. The air conditioning kept everything perfectly cool, and we loved relaxing on the deck on with peaceful views of the sound. Our grandkid had a blast testing his fishing skills from the dock, and our cat adored watching the boats across the intracoastal waterway. There’s also a nice pool, quiet surroundings, and good parking. Everything you need for beach days is provided—you really don’t need to bring a thing! Kristin is an amazing host—super responsive, thoughtful, and helpful with great suggestions. Thank you again for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our time at Gennaro's. It is an older home, but very comfortable and ina very quiet area. We had a few things happen, but Gennaro got right back with me immediately. Plenty of room for the family.

The place was beautiful with direct ocean views .. loved that on split beach house on quieter part of beach without ton of traffic listening to the waves crash onshore and enjoyed the soft gentle breeze every evening from balconies pretty ved amazing . The decor was on point. Beds were very comfortable. The host and communication was the best. I had a couple of quick questions and Andrew answered promptly as well as being super friendly before arrival, upon arrival and checkout. Appreciated the care hosts took to ensure us as guests felt right at home. The elevator 🛗 was very handy for my elderly parents traveling with this vacation. We loved grilling out and enjoying cornhole on Mother’s Day. The pool was closed and opens Memorial through Labor - which was ok for us.Overall great experience and exactly what needed as relax, reset, recenter and rejuvenate.

The host was very thoughtful and went above and beyond with providing a lovely gift basket and extra toiletries in case we forgot anything. She was willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Being in walking distance to the beach was nice, but the heated pool was the cherry on top. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Michael was a remarkably responsive and helpful host -- and the property was great. Not only was it clean, and as completely close to the beach as advertised BUT (and this is an under-rated thing) the beds were also super comfortable. Everything was exactly as pictured and described -- and it was great walking into a property that was so well-appointed and outfitted. Thanks again!

The house was in a great location - easy access to the beach & nearby shopping & restaurants. Quick response to a small problem upon entering the house. The house was clean and worked well for our family. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Nicole’s place was wonderful for our group! Nicole was very responsive and has everything organized so well. My bestfriend and I took our kids here for their summer trip and it was perfect. The area is peaceful and less than a five minute drive to the beach or a mile walk! It looks exactly how it’s pictured. We were able to play most of the games and have family dinner under the screened porch. We also made smores with the fire pit. She has all of the household essentials and beach essentials stocked. Her instructions were very clear. We would definitely stay here again!

This country home was a relaxing break from the crowds of the Memorial Day weekend. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our dog, Bruno, loved it, too, especially the large porch. There was plenty of room with a large, well-stocked kitchen, dining room and even large closets. We didn’t have to use the washer and dryer, but there was a large laundry room. If you love a fairly secluded country environment you should love this home. Denise and Angie were extremely easy to contact and deal with. Five stars all the way around!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Annabelle’s place was very special. I enjoyed the area and peaceful atmosphere. If you wanna a nice little retreat for the weekend it’s a great spot to enjoy

This was our second stay and again we had a wonderful stay. Very clean house and private yard. They are always very responsive to people our needs and have everything on site that one needs for their stay.

This was one of my all time favorite Air BNBs! It’s is adorably furnished and ridiculously comfortable. It did feel like visiting my grandmother’s house. ❤️Ashley was very friendly and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever. We would have stayed longer as we are waiting on the closing of a home purchase, but sadly, it was booked for the extended time period we needed. Highly recommend.

This house truly feels like a home—cozy, comfortable, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The space is filled with natural light but also features quality blackout shades for a restful sleep. The hosts don’t skimp on quality, providing updated appliances, modern technology, and high-end bath towels—all of which we greatly appreciated. The home was spotless upon arrival and stocked with plenty of essentials, making our stay both efficient and comfortable. The outdoor space is fantastic for kids and teens, with multiple seating areas and activities to enjoy. It’s conveniently located—just a 6-minute drive to the nearest grocery store and pharmacy, and only 10 minutes from the beach, which is right next to a playground and basketball court. We would absolutely stay here again!

Such a fantastic place, right on the beach! They have everything you need, including wake boards, chairs, umbrella. Just a beautiful place on the ocean!!! My second time back, and I'll go a third!!

We absolutely loved this Air B&B!! It was beautifully decorated and was even more spacious than the pictures seemed. Erin always responded quickly and we were invited to check in early because the house was ready early, which we really appreciated after driving over 10 hours to NC. Beach views are beautiful!! And you are right on the beach. 10/10 would highly recommend

Joe was an exceptional host welcoming, thoughtful, and super responsive. The space was spotless and full of personal touches that made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and offered great local tips, too. Truly one of the best hosting experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house is clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view, and our dog had the best time running around in the big, fenced in backyard. Location is great, on a quiet street walking distance to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop, and just a couple minutes drive over the bridge to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed the stay here! Perfect walk right to the beach, private access was so perfect. It was right next to the pier so you could enjoy some night fishing steps away from the airbnb. It was really great, very peaceful. Alan was super responsive and helpful! Thanks for a great weekend :)
