The visit was really nice. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lots of things to do. We could not complete it in 3 days. Very much child friendly.

We stayed at the house for 2 nights. A gorgeous place. So much room for everyone. The second evening the downstairs bathroom started overflowing. At least we noticed in time and immediately texted the host and we got an answer right away. We were smart enough to turn off the water for the whole house. A very nice man (that had dropped off some grilling supplies before), came and knew right away what was the problem. He explained that the toilet tank outside (septic tank) was full and needed to be cleaned out. He called the company and in 30 minutes the truck was outside. The man helped us turn the water back on. He was very sorry about the whole situation and offered us a late check out and free cleaning. Our friend group really enjoyed the stay and it is truly a beautiful place to stay at, we made life long memories there.

Awesome place with great nature around. The house was much nicer and bigger than it seemed on the pictures. Kids have fun and we might visit again, we recommend. 😊

Overall every good experience staying here. Beautiful and stunning views of the lake and trees x. The sauna is also very good. But watch out if you park your cars at the yard, there are trees and rocks you need to pay attention to.

We had a fantastic summer vacation in this lovely and comfortable lakeside cottage. The pier terrace is ideal and the house comes with everything you need in a beautiful setting. The second guest house is also a very nice plus. Seppo and Tarja were charming and thoughtful hosts at all times. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended.

Fantastic home and lovely area

The transit itself is on the way, and it is a good place to stay for your own needs. The local environment is not familiarized with it. It was quiet and peaceful.

Juha, is very flexible and friendly. Everything went as expected and the location very comfortable. The Sauna was fantastic and there were convenience stores close to the location.

We had a great stay at this superb villa in Päijänne. Villa was even more impressive than in photos and everything was high quality, very clean and well maintained. Beach sauna and jacuzzi were the perfect combo to relax in the evening. Highly recommend for a getaway in nature.

A lovely place in the countryside with a beautiful landscape, charming old buildings, a great sauna and most of all: amazing and friendly hosts! We received valuable help from the hosts to make our stay memorable and wonderful! A perfect place for a small group of friends to spend a peaceful weekend. The visit for a few nights went on 10/10 in Vääksy. The stay was just what the brochure promised, if not a touch better. Sauna, hot tub, etc. I highly recommend this home. I could imagine that in the summer, a couple of nights in this place might even be too short a visit.

We spent a relaxing March weekend in a stunning villa in the middle of the most beautiful nature. The stay was first-class and perfectly matched the description. Special mention of the comfort and cleanliness of the villa, as well as the view from the large windows. The lakeside sauna had excellent steam, which was nice to take a dip in the open. The food was completed without a hitch in the kitchen, with everything you need. I can warmly recommend Villa Sointula to everyone.

Had a fantastic stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and private with lake views galore. The immaculate sauna is a stones throw from the beach and the hot tub is even closer. We went in August and the entire house was surrounded by ripe wild ligonberries and blueberries. The house is very comfortable, especially the kitchen and dining area. There were way fewer bugs than I was expecting out by the lake, but this still probably is not the place to take your sister-in-law from the city who freaks out if she sees a bumblebee or a fly. Arttu and Paula were very welcoming and had great recommendations in Finland and Estonia. Already scheming as to how we can come back for more Sauna, lake, repeat. Highly recommend.

We have spent a beautiful week end at Sole’s house! The place is beautiful and cozy! You can find everything you need. And the most amazing is the view from the windows you can see only water! Very peaceful and quiet. Will come back again!
