The area is peaceful and comfortable. The 58m2 apartment is in the center of Heinola, close to the market square and small town services. The apartment is close to the beach and connects to hiking trails. Nearby are the beaches of Heinola Spa, the harbor, beach restaurants and a campfire site, as well as Hotel Kumpeli Spa. The covered parking space has a heating pole.

A little home

The tiny home is located near the stunning Salpausselkä outdoor terrain. Lahti Ski Stadium is five kilometers away. P-H central hospital within walking distance. In summer, handy electric bikes are available for rent from the nearby parking lot. Downstairs in the house, an idyllic wooden sauna with cooling facilities. The private peaceful yard has apple and plum trees. In summer, you can pick raspberries on top of the porridge, or when autumn comes, you can spin an apple pie from the yard's omput or just lie in a hammock.

This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Main cottage: living room, kitchen + 3 bedrooms and toilet, total 90 m2. There is also another cottage on the plot, with 4 separate beds upstairs. Modern kitchen equipment, including a dishwasher. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
