The private peaceful yard has apple and plum trees. In summer, you can pick raspberries on top of the porridge, or when autumn comes, you can spin an apple pie from the yard's omput or just lie in a hammock.

The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Salpausselkä ski trails and off-road bike trails are just a short distance away. Messilä ski slopes, golf course and beach are only a few kilometers away. The house has sleeping accommodations for 5-6 people. The house and the large yard are at the guests' disposal. The yard has garden furniture for 6 people as well as a gas and wood grill.

Near my place, Salpausselkä geopark 4 km, Messilä ski resort 5 km, Okeroinen riding stable, bus stop 1.3 km, nearest shop about 2 km. Okeroinen mill 1 km, cycling terrain from the front door. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and those who enjoy outdoor activities.

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
