We were very warmly welcomed and my three boys were so happy that they were allowed to romp on your property, be loud, thanks to the location and simply be children. It was a highlight when we came home after a long day of skiing and then we turned on the beautiful stove, which quickly warmed us all. The apartment was just to feel good, just like in the pictures and even more beautiful in real life. The kitchen was super equipped, you had everything you needed. Everything was very clean !!! Your hospitality and helpfulness was really heartwarming, something you don't find so often today. I can definitely recommend your place and we will definitely be back again. Thanks a lot !

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

we have traveled as a family throughout the week and it has been a wonderful experience. The accommodation is in a unique environment, with fantastic views of the snowy mountains, small garden with a porch that we have had the great luck of having been able to take advantage of it practically every day by the magnificent sun that has accompanied us. From Manuela and her husband we can't say more than that they have been great hosts, attentive from the first moment and with fantastic recommendations. Without a doubt, a place worth visiting. Ojala we can come back soon!

We were guests of Petra and her husband from Friday to Sunday and felt comfortable right away. Every wish was immediately fulfilled with a smile. We liked the small apartment very much, it was sufficient for us, very clean and accessible via the separate entrance, stairs. The location is awesome, it couldn't be better, a beer garden by the lake, what else could you ask for. The snacks and delicious cakes are highly recommended. Many thanks for the relaxing stay.

Elena was very welcoming and responsive. Nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful (late May) and the village is only a five minute walk.

We had a lovely time at Jules and Alex's. The apartment was very clean, super equipped and very modern - we didn't miss anything. The location is beautifully quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the hiking trails are nearby. Check-in and check-out were also completely uncomplicated. A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

Great place with insanely good amenities

Had a great short stay! The apartment is centrally located in Kaprun, so you can quickly get anywhere on foot or by bus (ski area, hiking trails, bike paths, Tauern thermal baths, town center with shops and restaurants). The apartment and also the garden area are lovingly designed and we felt very comfortable with Nina and her family

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace…there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us very nicely. We'd come back any time if we were on vacation in the Rosenheim area!

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Helene's place is amazing. We felt right at home. The area is a dream! Helene was incredibly helpful and super quick to reach. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and much larger than in the photos. We would definitely recommend the place and will certainly come back. Many thanks :) 😊

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. It was one of the most beautiful apartments I lived in in the quiet, clean and all-available Kabron area

For a short stay Christian's apartment is perfect, especially on the way to Austria the apartment is very well located. There is all the necessary equipment, the only downside for large people is the bed in the bedroom, as this will be too short from 1.90 m. With 4 adults and a longer stay, it might get a little tight. Christian was very easy to reach and always responded quickly and kindly to messages.

Quiet neighbourhood. Clean & comfortable private apartment, with everything we needed to self-cater during our stay. Separate toilet and bathroom. Washing machine was a bonus. Enjoyed our stay.
