Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

A wide beachfront is captured, with gentle waves lapping against the shore. The sandy area extends towards a shoreline lined with distant buildings. Cloud patterns create depth in the sky, reflecting a sunny yet dynamic coastal atmosphere.

This charming, centrally located, flat is the perfect place for a seaside getaway. Just a few steps to the beach, shops, station and the Lawn and Brook with our famous Black Swans. Equally ideal for those travelling by train or car with plenty of car park facilities within the town. A mile and a half along the seawall, Dawlish Warren has golden sands, nature reserve, and family amusements. A great choice of restaurants and galleries await you in beautiful Teignmouth and the village of Shaldon.

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The lighthouse is a newly renovated, light filled flat within a Georgian property, right in the heart of Teignmouth. It is fully self-contained with a brand new shower room, a living/bedroom with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and a brand-new kitchen that has Beautiful views up the river Teign and to Dartmoor beyond. We have put a breakfast bar with seating for two in front of this window as it is the perfect spot for gazing out of with a coffee or a glass of wine in your hand.

We had the most wonderful time at Jubilee Lodge – a real gem! The lodge itself is beautifully light, airy, and impeccably comfortable, with every little detail thought of to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. As a family of five, we felt completely at home. Cheryl was the perfect host – warm, welcoming, and full of fantastic local suggestions. Her kindness really made our experience even more special. The absolute highlight for us was the hot tub – soaking before and after a day exploring was pure bliss. And the view… just breathtaking! Acres of rolling landscape as far as the eye can see – a rare and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Jubilee Lodge is a special place that we feel so lucky to have found. We’ll definitely be back – thank you, Cheryl, for a truly memorable stay!

Location, Location, Location! Spectacular views from property of the Estuary. Excellent and secure parking. We really appreciated the welcome tray items.

A window offers a clear view of rolling hills and the valley beyond, framed by soft, natural light. A small vase with lavender is situated on the windowsill, adding a touch of decor to the simple, clean design.

We stayed for just one night for a weekend getaway and Bethany’s place is just perfect. Located on a hillside around 5 minutes drive from town centre, the place provides a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere for a good rest and sleep. Being just a short drive from town, there’s plenty of shop and scenic spots to visit. The place is fully equipped with everything you need regardless you’re staying for one night or one week, with a fully functioning kitchen with plenty of amenities, cooking becomes a pleasure thing to do. The bedroom is of good size, and we can tell there’s thought put into designing the layout of the room. There are also plenty entertainment options to choose from, ranging from board games to movies to books, we enjoyed jenga in particular. Lastly, the host is very responsive and friendly, and give us very clear instruction for the check in. All in all, we enjoyed staying at Bethany’s place and we couldn’t recommend it more.

This was our 2nd stay with Donna and again it didn’t disappoint. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you need for your stay. You are even provided with a cream tea on arrival to have out on the private patio. The apartment has a lovey surrounding area and Donna is very friendly and has great knowledge of the area for places to visit.

What a fantastic discovery! We had to book last minute because our original accommodation fell through on the morning of our departure. After searching on Airbnb, we found this property, and we couldn't believe our luck! The hosts were so quick to respond to our request to book and incredibly accommodating, letting us check in early at no extra cost and even offering to pick us up from the station. The house is stunning—tastefully decorated, fresh, and impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the place was spotless, and the quality of the furnishings and accessories was top-notch. We will be back, and we cannot wait! Don’t hesitate to book this place! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely property !
