The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

It is ideal for excursions to the islands, Halligen, Denmark, Flensburg and Husum.
