A charming small, older but renovated apartment on the 1st floor it has about 50 m2 and a slightly smaller bathroom with shower, the apartment is located on the outskirts of Hamburg in the beautiful Vier and Marschlande directly at Lake Oortkaten with surf and swimming facilities. Public transport and an Edeka are within walking distance in 10 minutes,travel time about 40 minutes to the city center, can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Washing machine and dryer can also be used by arrangement.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.

Beautiful accommodation with 2 spacious rooms in our restored farmhouse. Ideal for couples or families with 2 kids. You live close to nature and are still in the city in 20 minutes. This home is shared with up to 4 other guests. But that's not noticeable, because the whole floor is very spacious. A large living room, 2 dining tables, an open kitchen and a large anteroom. Also very nice acquaintances. The landscape - located right on the lake - is very idyllic. Good balance to the dense city.

I was in Hamburg Harburg for work and had my dog with me. I had chosen the apartment due to the proximity to Harburg. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The apartment is relatively large and in really nicer than in the photos. The decor could have been mine. The location is very quiet and a little remote, but you know that before. With dog ideal, as you are immediately in the countryside. Parking was available directly at the property. The communication with Vanessa was always very fast. Small criticism is the relatively weak internet, which is probably due to the location. Overall a positive conclusion and I would book again.

Isolde and Richard were very welcoming. Room had everything we needed with access to a bathroom, kitchen and privacy as needed. Isolde’s garden was beautiful boasting many different flowers/plants and trees. The back of the property has a peaceful pond. The birds were always singing!
