In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Am Walde is the perfect mountain escape for family and friends looking to bathe in nature on the ‘Balcony of the Montafon’. From your door there are peaceful footpaths guiding you all the way up to Itonskopf and the Kappelbahn chairlift just a 5 minute drive away. Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Am Walde is a magical place for everyone.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. Our apartment is located 50 km south of Munich in Gaißach. With very good transport connections (30 minutes from the A8, 5 minutes to the train station), it is ideal for hiking, skiing or swimming.
