In the basement, but with windows that let in daylight. 1 Bd with double bed, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 private bathroom (across the hall). Very quiet. Parking directly on the street (dead end) in front of the house. Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast-facing terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g., Zürs/Arberg 1 hr 15 min (110 km) / Golm 1 hr (93 km) / Oberstaufen 30 min / St. Gallen 1 hr.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.
