I had a great stay at this property. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy throughout. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and amenities provided. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience – I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Anna was a phenomenal host for my short stay in San Diego. She was very responsive and kind! Her home was nice and quaint with all the items of everything you may have at home (iron, kitchenware, toiletries etc.) I would definitely stay again when I come back to visit San Diego!

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

JB and Ana were great hosts and were wonderfully accommodating. This was a great private room in a very convenient location. I was definitely satisfied with my experience, especially the ease of check-in/out.

Well appointed flat. Good instructions on how to find the place and the hosts answered promptly to a couple of queries . Good hot shower which was welcome after long days out and about. Good location and easy access to laundry was great for the 10 day stay we had. Only one recommendation is for maybe a new bed due to roll together ! But hey this is a great flat and good value .

I highly recommend Jessica’s place. It was clean, well stocked with everything one would need for a lengthy stay, and nicer and bigger than the photos. Great view of downtown, little Italy and the water from the huge patio that had ample seating. Jessica was a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host. The elevator has access directly into the suite which made going in and out very convenient. The area felt very safe and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. While it was close to the airport and had airplanes flying by, the noise was minimal and not at all a problem at night. My only suggestion for guests is to bring sleep masks if you plan on sleeping on the bunk beds as that area does not have dark/black out blinds and is bright in the morning. All in all a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place, it’s a great place for a couple. Restaurants are at a walking distance. Lauren was really helpful throughout the whole stay with any questions we had. Will definitely book again when we visit in the future.

Our trip was mostly spent out and about however when we went back it genuinely felt like going back to our home. Thank you so much for hosting us ! Where do we even start? Stella made check-in feel like being welcomed home. She made sure we knew where everything was, directed us to her binder full of great local recommendations, and had even picked up a few grocery staples for us. Stella and her husband were more than accommodating and were very friendly. Stella made us want to come back to San Diego again soon! We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Tim is a fantastic host who was easy to reach and was so responsive to everything we needed during our stay. Being greeted by a complimentary bottle of wine and a personal greeting card started the trip off with a warm and welcoming feel! The place is just how it looks in the photos, clean and spacious; the location is great, very walkable (also next door to an amazing taco truck and near the Hillcrest Farmers Market); and the backyard “oasis” was dreamy. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house is located in a perfect neighborhood—safe, quiet, and close to everything you might need. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we had questions and even went out of their way to help us get oriented in the city. The home itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. It offers a lovely view, but what truly sets it apart is the patio. It's the perfect spot to relax in the evenings after a busy day—peaceful, cozy, and just the right ambiance to unwind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and relaxing stay!

Great location near the airport and Little Italy. Also very close to multiple dining places. We dined at Starlite on our last night there and it was fantastic and close to the house. Parking was amazing compared to others since there are lots of meters, and limited parking elsewhere. Highly recommend.

We loved Raquel's place and greatly enjoyed our stay in her home! The house was the perfect fit for our group of 3 friends with our young teen daughters. It is spacious and cozy, the 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and the 2 bathrooms worked great for us. We did use the living room couch for sleeping and it was pretty comfortable. We didn't get to enjoy much the outdoors of the house because it was cool in the evenings and we were out during the day, but we loved the setting. The house is surrounded by courtyard and backyard with lounge to relax, with dining table and grill and a nice garden. We had access to the laundry room which was also great and could park easily at the house. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use it much, there was even some basic items in the kitchen and some food that Raquel appointed we could use which was very nice. The location was also great because it was very easy to access main roads and it is very close to downtown and Mission area.

The apartment was exactly as described. It suited us very well as we wanted a short vacation after our work in San Diego. The location was central and it was a walkable distance to the Gaslamp Quarters. All the amenities listed were spot on. We especially loved the free detergent provided. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we left San Diego with hardly any dirty clothes! In all, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay there. We highly recommend this premise to all SD visitors looking for a good stay.

Eric was extremely responsive. Everything was very comfortable—the beds and the couches. Super quiet and relaxing. While close to the airport, you don’t hear the planes. Lovely place. We didn’t have a car but walked to little Italy-just a note that the neighborhood is very hilly.

I booked the flat as an alternative to a hotel for a business trip to San Diego. My expectations were surpassed. Felt right at home so the business stay didn't feel like a trip away from home at all.

Great location, very clean ,had everything I needed to cook my meals and lots of extras I appreciated as well.i felt very safe and secure location great parking i had a huge car and no problem parking in garage its a large 4 door Jaguar as big as an suv no proble for me . enjoyed my stay very much will be back for sure .

Location was perfect! It could get a little noisy with planes overhead but that died down around bed time so not a huge deal. Overall a great experience
