Julia’s place was everything we hoped for and more—exactly as described and just as beautiful as the photos. We came to San Diego to run the Rock and Roll Marathon, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. Being within walking distance to the start line made race day smooth and stress-free. The home itself was clean, stylish, and full of thoughtful touches. Our kids felt right at home the moment we arrived, and they especially loved the projector—it made movie nights feel just like being at the theater. Nestled in a lively neighborhood near Balboa Park and a great selection of restaurants, this stay truly made our marathon weekend unforgettable.

Charles was a top notch host for our short stay in San Diego. He was very responsive and friendly, and helped me out everytime I messaged. The studio was great, I appreciated the washer/dryer combo, and my son loved the basket of snacks. Would recommend!

Such an adorable place in Hillcrest. We had coffee on the patio every morning before venturing out to explore San Diego. The place was quiet and clean. The location is amazing! Close to shops, bars, restaurants, and anything else in SD is a close uber away.

I came with my daughter for a event at a hotel that was close by, just north of I8. It took me a couple of turns and a trip around the block to locate it as I am not use to driving in a city but my aGPS was correct but it just took me a pass or two to recognize the place and the turn in for the parking. The place was beautiful and perfect, clean. It felt very homey and I felt safe in the neighborhood. We walked around the corner to the Divo Diva Cafe. We went there every morning for our coffee, avacado toast and crossiant. Very lovely and great decor. We also walked to Nola's and had food delivered. Everything was very close. We walked to HiroNori Craft Ramen (best broth I have every had). I really appreciated that we had a dedicated parking spot. That was mandatory for my stay. I don't want to drive around the city looking for parking. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Perfect stay for a family — just book it!” We stayed here with our young kids and couldn’t have been happier. The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a longer family stay. The location is ideal, with lots to explore nearby and close to key attractions. Having dedicated parking was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again, especially for a longer trip.

The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The host was great too. I will recommend this place for a small group or a family for a quiet stay.

I had a great stay

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

WOW…Extraordinary!! Besides the space being absolutely adorable and beautifully appointed, the hosts have done a fantastic job with the outdoor space as well! We enjoyed the fire pit and the covered space with comfy sofas…and a shuffleboard! So many great restaurants to walk to and of course, Balboa Park is right there with all it has to offer…world famous zoo and beautiful museums. We will definitely be back to stay at Kevin and Maria’s lovely AirBnB!

The apartment is located in a new building with a beautiful lobby and a lovely terrace. It’s quiet enough and conveniently close to the Gaslamp Quarter. The place is clean and features an elegant design. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you might need. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable, with a clear sense of care for the guest’s experience. There is some construction nearby, but it didn’t cause any discomfort at all — nothing to worry about.

Best place to stay in San Diego hands down ! Host very accommodating and responsive! Everything clean from sheets to hotub. This place never fails. Convenient location for downtown/ Coronado and all activities. Highly recommend

Overall a great place to stay. Great location and great amenities. Place was well-equipped. The traffic from the freeway can be a little noisy for light sleepers.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! First off, Jay and Erika are PHENOMENAL hosts! There was a minor issue with the hot tub, and it was fixed the very next day! Jay and Erika were prompt in tending to the issue and making sure everything was up to par! The gravel parking area behind the unit is perfect and has ample room for multiple cars! The unit is in a very quiet and chill neighborhood and about 15 minutes from a plethora of restaurants in North Park! The hot tub and bed are both great for certain activities (wink wink), and the Roku TV is also a great touch! I will add this place to my list of places to stay when visiting San Diego, and will be booking again soon! Don’t hesitate to book Jay’s and Erika’s place!

Great location! Lots of restaurants and a great farmer's market that are easy walks, this coming from someone who uses a walking device. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cy’s beautiful Airbnb! The location was incredible - less than 5 minute walking distance to an amazing beach and amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Cy was very friendly and helpful and extremely responsive. The Airbnb is perfect for a peaceful getaway, in a neighborhood that felt extremely safe and beautiful and lots of space for parking. I would highly recommend this Airbnb, whether it’s to enjoy some peaceful beach days or explore San Diego and beyond, we thought this Airbnb was located perfectly and provided so much space!

Overall, this is a good option for guests attending an event downtown and works well for an extended stay. It's spacious, comfortable, and secure. Janet offers more amenities than I expected without adding clutter. And, she responds quickly to questions. I would consider this unit or another one of Janet's units if I return to San Diego.
