This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Off site paid parking included at Morrisons, Foss Islands Road - 5 min walk away. Alternatively on-site parking available- see photo on my listing for charges

You can often see swans, and sometimes kingfishers from the Juliet balcony. Accessed by a keysafe. Free parking on site. Safe neighbourhood. Welcome folder in the apartment with local info. The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The flat is quiet and clutter free. STRICTLY no smoking or burning of incandescent materials anywhere on the premises.
