A sparkling clean house, furnished with a lot of love and practical. There are many small details to discover, the terrace around the garden invite you to use it. The surroundings are amazingly versatile. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The tips we received were extremely helpful.

My wife and I were allowed to spend three wonderful days in this accommodation – and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment was not only extremely clean and tastefully decorated, but also radiated a special warmth and coziness, in which you feel right at home. Communication with the host was warm, fast and consistently reliable – you immediately notice that a lot of love and commitment is put into the work here. Also the location was ideal, quiet and yet well connected. In every respect, we felt very welcome and valued. Thank you so much for the great hospitality – we would love to come back anytime!

We had a very pleasant stay. Cedric and his family are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed spending a weekend on their farm. The alpacas are a great addition, very nice to meet them.

Everything was perfect, the hostess was very responsive and created very comfortable conditions with a gorgeous view of the lake, we felt at home, the reality exceeded expectations and special thanks for the compliment in the form of flowers, fruits and sweets. I recommend it 100%!

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in every room was a big plus - especially during the warm days. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome snacks and treats that were provided - a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The TVs were large, modern, and great for relaxing after a long day out. Timur was an outstanding host - super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our time in Vera's little loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. Vera's warm nature made us feel right at home. The accommodation is super clean and designed with creativity, love and craftsmanship visible in all corners. It is really very cozy and because of the lots of upcycling and the beautiful location exceptional and close to the nature. Despite the rain, we sat in the covered outdoor area for a long time and watched the cats and ducks and listened to the crackling rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. I recently stayed at this beautiful place. The apartment is as in the pictures. It is well equipped, beautifully designed and nothing is missing. Markus and his wife are very nice and friendly landlords. Parking is free nearby, the S-Bahn is within 3-5 minutes' walk. The apartment is located in a quiet area. I have already booked another time for August.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about and have never seen such a lovingly furnished Airbnb with everything you need. As simple as it sounds, I loved that things like salt and oil were there and you don't need to buy/bring it yourself:)

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully designed and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy, the lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. My mother and I have certainly rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

I can only agree with the other reviews about Nadine's apartment. From the loving and stylish furnishings to the numerous utensils (hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, spices, etc.), everything was really available – nothing was spared. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the hosts were extremely friendly. My overall conclusion: an outstanding apartment that basically deserves 6 out of 5 stars!

Andreas and Miri are the perfect hosts, the apartment is lovingly designed and the small terrace is a perfect place to relax. There's nothing missing. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful stay! It was way to find and matched the photos. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the decor, made me feel right at home. Easy to get to any transit options and less than 2 miles from the HBF to catch trains. Would recommend!

A wonderful, elegant and luxurious home with wonderful hosts. We had a lot of fun. We felt like we were on our honeymoon. This home will definitely be my destination when I come to Bochum again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!

The only thing to note is that it’s a bit far from the city center if you're relying on public transport, so it’s more ideal for those with a car.
