The flat consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and TV, and bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room has a comfortable 2-person corner sofa bed, TV, and a table with four chairs. The flat has a south-facing terrace, which can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom. Free wireless internet is available within the flat.

Hier genießt ihr die perfekte Kombination aus Erholung und Nähe zu allem, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt wird – von gemütlichen Cafés über Restaurants bis hin zu Geschäften. Ihr könnt die Ruhe genießen, seid gleichzeitig schnell mitten im Geschehen und am Strand, um das Beste aus eurem Ostseeurlaub herauszuholen.

Ziegenstall mit Hochbett

Unser kleines Gästehaus im Garten ist auch eine kleine Galerie, ein bisschen auch ein großes Tini-Haus, und es war mal bis vor bald 80 Jahren ein kleiner Stall, dessen Außenmauern auch noch erhalten sind. Seit dem dient es als Gäste-Domizil. Innen ist alles ganz modern saniert und verfügt Über eine Fußbodenheizung. Ganz wichtig zu erwähnen ist das Hochbett, es gibt nur ein doppel-Hochbett zum schlafen...wem das zu beschwerlich ist kann nicht unser Gast werden...

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The custom-made kitchen with dining area is luxuriously equipped and opens onto the living area with a cozy couch corner. The bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) is separated by a modern room divider. It has an en suite bathroom with natural light.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
