Our holiday home is located directly in the middle between the Bansiner and Heringsdorfer Seebrücke. As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the rooftops of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the Imperial period. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly furnished. There are 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2025.

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 people in the center of the seaside resort of Bansin. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) as well as an open living-dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .
