Our beautiful, listed spa architecture villa was built in 1896. In 2000, the entire villa was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. All apartments are state of the art and comfortably furnished. Three of the five apartments have a balcony or terrace. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

The spacious apartment on the first floor measures 67 square meters and, with its two separate bedrooms, is ideal for 4 guests. The spacious and bright living/dining area with an inviting sofa corner and large real wood table forms the centerpiece of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is modern and equipped to a high standard and is just as impressive as the luxurious bathroom. The balcony can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. The double beds are each 180 x 200 cm.

We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping facilities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.
