200 sqm vacation home, built in 2024 on a 1000 sqm property. 1.4 km walk through the forest of the Wollin National Park to the beach.  Sleeping quarters: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. Residential house: Large living area, clay oven, sauna, dining table, kitchen island, as well as terrace and garden. The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it from the past on Usedom: tall beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.
