Le cottage studio est équipé d'une kitchenette avec plaques a induction , évier, réfrigérateur, placard, lit double et 1 canapé lit, salle de bain baignoire, WC séparé. Porte fenêtre donnant sur une terrasse et jardin où l'on peut s'installer pour déjeuner ou lire.

Located in a luxury residence on the 5th floor with elevator in the Grands Hôtels and Casino district, it is ideal for a family stay or a stopover in Baul. The decor is modern and neat. The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the residence's parking lot. The beach is at the end of the residence.
