Small house, very pleasant and functional, well-equipped, and above all ideally located on the edge of Vilaine. For nature lovers like me, looking for calm, it's perfect! We spent 2 nights with family at Chris and Ev''s place. Everything went perfectly well, the accommodation was clean, quiet and very nice. It is perfectly placed to discover the region: the path to the east coast right next door and the pier for the island of Arz is only 2 km from the accommodation! Very good experience:-)

Very well located apartment with all the comforts you need for a pleasant weekend. We were able to explore the city and the region easily. Communication with Sophie is very easy; Sophie is a very friendly host; we followed these restaurant and walking recommendations: great I recommend it!

The accommodation is clean, functional, 10 min walk to the beach. The sofa bed is already ready, just pull on the sofa, the amenities are quality. The hosts are very nice, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome kits, they are very responsive to our requests and are flexible. Awesome stay

Very well located accommodation, close to the center. Ideal for a short stay. Everything can be done on foot. Alexandre is responsive and his explanations are clear. However, the common areas are old and not maintained.

We had a great time at Floriane and Jean-Charles's! Everything was perfect: the accommodation, the environment, the calm, the cleanliness… a real slice of heaven. Small detail to note: the bath and kitchen linen was not present on arrival, but Floriane was very responsive and provided it quickly. It would be useful to specify this in the listing so that future guests can plan ahead in their suitcases. In any case, we'll be back with pleasure, we loved the setting and the hospitality. We had a lovely stay in this warm cosy cottage in a beautiful setting. Ingrid, the host, was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great weekend with family in a very nice cottage and tastefully decorated while being functional and well equipped both in terms of kitchen utensils, nice dishes and basic products (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... and even small candies for foodies). The bedding is very comfortable and the rooms are cozy. We had very good contact with our hosts, who were very attentive. We'll keep this place in mind.
