Former Puppet Museum, this part of the adjoining thatched cottage is typical of Brièronne. Ideal exposure to enjoy the outdoors, with its enclosed garden. On the ground floor, living room including kitchenette and living room (a sofa bed for 2 beds) with access to the garden. Upstairs (slightly steep staircase) a bedroom, with open bathroom and open toilet. Close to the coast, Guérande, La Roche Bernard, in the heart of the Briere for beautiful walks. Our independent 40 m2 studio, on the ground floor at one end of our typical farmhouse, is located in the heart of the countryside, a few km from tourist sites (Rochefort-en-Terre, Massif des Grées, Parc de la Préhistoire, Tropical Parc, Moulin Neuf Leisure Center, La Gacilly, Île-aux-Pies, Branféré Zoo, Brocéliande, Vannes...), 35 minutes from the beaches, a few minutes from all amenities (food and craft shops, medical center, pharmacy, train station, supermarket, farmers' markets).

Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).
