In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. Close to the famous Bay of La Baule, the medieval town of Guérande and its salt marshes, the wild coast, hiking trails or other activities: the location is ideal for recharging your batteries and having a good vacation!

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The Duck Pond, Ménac Island

Typical maisonette (BF directory), stone exterior, "tiny house" all wood interior: a cozy nest of 20 m2 in the shade of the large tree. Bonus: bathtub to cool off by the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + bicycles safely. We may run into each other, but I'm very discreet! A stay in "pause" mode in perspective.
