Come and discover the Brière regional park, the walled city of Guérande where simply the beautiful beach of La Baule, in this cozy 35 m2 studio. Shore fishing, shellfish and crustaceans... but of course!!! Prepare your dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, and then enjoy them in the outdoor area. We are in the process of renovating an old farmhouse in a small hamlet and look forward to welcoming you to our 'little slice of heaven'.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
