Vacation rentals with a patio in Hemsby

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

What a great little studio, we had a wonderful couple of nights here. The view of the sea was perfect on the sunny mornings. The beach is only 1 minute walk and the place is pristine and cosy. Andre was very responsive and always available with answers. Would highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful time away at the seaside.

We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

me, my wife and my son stayed over the bank holiday weekend. The place is fantastic, incredibly clean and felt like it was all brand new. My son is autistic and often nervous of new places but he settled in straight away and loved the lodge. There's some great walks and pubs nearby. Thank you for a great stay and we'll definitely look to book again in the future.

This was a stunning Airbnb. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, with thoughtful personal touches, flowers and homemade brownies to greet us. We thought it was the perfect location to explore the area and Harriet sent lots of helpful information about local places to eat and explore. We hope to return again soon.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. A proper gem! A minutes walk and you are at the market square but situated on a surprisingly quiet street that few people pass by. Perfect for us. Really tidy well equipped flat. We even caught some calm live music in the bar just along the street. Jemma was a very responsive and available host. Thank you
