Accommodates 2 adults+ 1 or 2 kids. Kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Underfloor heating. Close to the house is the area's communal pool (open summertime) , mini golf, boule court, tennis court, football field and playground. Also close to Västersjön and beautiful hiking trails. This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay overlooking Copenhagen. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. Welcome to scenic Skäralid. A relaxing and quiet surroundings with proximity to many sights and activities. The cottage is located just below Söderåsen National Park. Where you will find hiking trails, nature rooms and can visit the copper hat and its wonderful views. With a couple of minutes walking distance from the cabin you will find a communal facility with pool (open during the summer), playground, tennis court, mini golf and boule court. Accommodates 6 persons, two bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room

The cottage is 67 sqm with three bedrooms, a large living room with open plan, fireplace and exit to newly built large terrace. TV is available with access to Netflix (own account needed), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, wc and a washer. The whole cottage has undergone a total renovation, completed in the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.
