Three bedrooms with comfortable beds facing an oasis of a garden, living room/kitchen in open plan facing the street. Coop/bakery around the corner, 50 meters to the park (Kärnan), 450 meters to the pedestrian street, 500 meters to Olympia, 1000 meters to Helsingborgs C (boat, train, bus), 950 meters to the beach/swimming. Fully-equipped apartment located on the outskirts of Nyhamnsläge. Close to the sea where there is a harbor, beach, swimming area and nature reserve. Bike path just around the corner and via it you can go north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south, you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.
