One bedroom with double bed (160x200) and living room with sofa bed with two additional beds (145x195). Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Smart TV with access to, among other things, Netflix and Viaplay. Parking is available on the street next to the house. Quiet location in a residential area.

Quiet, rural place with only a few neighbors. No parking problems and charging options available for electric car drivers at cost price. Charging is paid on site. The apartment is 2,7 km to the train station and 2 km to city center. The busstation is just a couple of minutes away. Pålsjöskogen, a small forest with walking paths leading down to the ocean is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment has a nice livingroom with a big terrace. In the small bedroom there is a 140 cm bed, and in the other bedroom there is a loft with two 80 cm beds.
