The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.
